Flavorah concentrates are perfect for creating custom flavored seltzer water, sparkling water, and homemade sodas. The water-soluble formula dissolves instantly without cloudiness, and the extreme potency means just 1-3 drops transform a plain glass of sparkling water into a flavored beverage with zero sugar and zero calories.

Recommended Usage Rates

• Seltzer and sparkling water: 0.075-0.25% (1-3 drops per 100ml, typical 0.15%)
• Homemade soda (with sweetener): 0.125-0.75% (typical 0.375%)
• SodaStream or home carbonator: 2-4 drops per bottle after carbonation

Technique

Always add Flavorah concentrate after carbonation to preserve the fizz. Drop the concentrate into the carbonated water, then stir gently with a long spoon or swirl the glass. Vigorous shaking will release carbonation. For homemade soda, mix concentrate with your sweetener of choice (sugar, stevia, or monk fruit) in still water first, then carbonate or top with seltzer.
