Flavor Profile
Flavorah Ripe Mango gives the maker the heart of the fruit: the fleshy, nectar-rich body of a mango, ready to be the deep layer of a tropical composition.
It is a bright, ripe mango focused on the fleshy body rather than heavy funk, with an excellent balance of sweetness and a hint of citrus on the back end. Smooth and juicy like mango nectar, it carries a touch of fresh skin and a gentle piney note that grows as a mix rests.
Intensity is moderate. Ripe Mango stands on its own and pairs naturally with Sweet Mango for brightness, Mangotang for zing, and coconut, cream, and yogurt for richness. Start small and build, and use it as the deep, nectar-like foundation of your mango creations.

Recipe Ideas
Try these ideas from our kitchen. Spiced Mango Lassi: Ripe Mango, Greek Yogurt, Cream, and Chai Spice at 6:4:2:1, a creamy lassi with a gentle spice. Mango Coconut Rice Pudding: Ripe Mango, Sweet Coconut, Horchata, and Coconut at 5:4:2:1, inspired by mango sticky rice. Mango Brunch Sparkler: Ripe Mango, Brut Bubble Wine, and Peach at 3:3:2, a bellini-style mocktail or cocktail flavor. Three-Mango Nectar: Ripe Mango, Sweet Mango, and Mangotang at 3:2:1, a full-spectrum mango with nectar depth, bright sweetness, and a zesty, piney edge for smoothies, sorbets, and cocktails.
Mixing Notes
Ripe Mango is the deep, nectar layer; add Sweet Mango for brightness or Mangotang for zest. Its piney note grows as it rests, so taste again the next day.
Building a Recipe
Shape a recipe one layer at a time: start with a small amount, taste, and build in small steps, testing in your own batch. As the lead mango it sits toward the middle of each range; as the deep layer under Sweet Mango, lower. Set the ratios first, then adjust the total.
