Flavor Profile
Flavorah Red Raspberry is the louder raspberry: a candy-style red berry made for sweet fruit blends, hard candies, and treats with a little showmanship.
The aroma is sweet, bright raspberry with a light tart note. Opening notes are juicy and candy-sweet, the body is smooth and rounded, and the finish is clean, louder and sweeter than Flavorah Raspberry.
Intensity is moderate to strong. Red Raspberry stars in raspberry candy and goes well with sweet fruits, and a smaller share adds sharp, fruity contrast to cheesecakes, iced teas, and melon blends. Too much reads candy-loud, so start small and build, and pair it with Flavorah Raspberry when you want a more natural berry.
Create Endless and Indelible Memories with Flavorah
All the flavors that we make at Flavorah are designed for mixing complex, layered recipes for products that may be consumed. Even though this Red Raspberry flavor will stand alone with memorable and captivating notes, we believe you will enjoy it most when you blend it with other flavors. It is our mission to create concentrates and extracts that become a powerful tool of flavor art in your culinary palette.
Use this Red Raspberry flavoring concentrate to develop your own artistic creations. As you blend it together with other complementary flavor layers, it will develop nuances and notes that either soften or strengthen according to your desire.
The layers of a completed flavoring profile can come from another Flavorah concentrate, such as Cotton Candy or Marshmallow, or from the medium you choose to mix it with. Try mixing Flavorah in baked goods, sweet frosting, syrups, a sugar-free smoothie, or a cocktail beverage.
Flavorah makes flavor art into an expression of individual perception and beauty. Our flavoring is designed to empower you to communicate this balance of potent perfection with the sense of taste and smell. Our Red Raspberry flavoring can harness the passing moments of enjoyment that will be experienced by everyone who samples your creation.

Mixing Notes
Red Raspberry brings sweetness with its brightness; in candy, adjust it carefully, since small increases change the balance quickly. Pair it with Raspberry for a fuller, tarter berry.
Building a Recipe
Begin with a small amount, taste, and build in small steps, testing in your own batch. As the star of a candy it sits toward the middle of each range; as a bright accent in tea or cheesecake, low. Fix the ratios between your flavors, then adjust the total.
DIY Flavoring in the Kitchen or Behind the Bar
- Beverages (home brew, cocktails, sodas): 0.03-1.5% of the finished drink; start at 0.1%, about 7 drops per 8 oz glass or about 19 ml in a 5-gallon home brew. A small share brightens iced teas.
- Custom syrups: 2% or stronger (1 part flavor to 50 parts syrup); start at 2%, about 1 tsp per cup of syrup. Make it bold, then dose the syrup to taste.
- Baking: 0.2-3% by weight of batter or dough; start at 1%, about 1 tsp per 500 g of cake batter.
- Frostings, fillings, dairy, and frozen: 0.1-2% by weight; start at 0.3%, about 45 drops per 500 g of frosting.
- Candy and gummies: 0.2-4% by weight; start at 0.5%, about 1/2 tsp per 500 g batch. Add as the batch cools. Raise it in small steps; candy balance shifts quickly.
- DIY fishing bait: 0.5-5% or higher by weight of bait; start at 1%, about 1 tsp per pound of dough bait.
- DIY animal attractants: 1-5% or higher by weight; start at 2%, about 1 3/4 tsp per pound of attractant.
- Home aroma (candles, diffusers, room sprays): 1-5% by weight of wax or base; start at 2%, about 1 3/4 tsp per 16 oz candle.
