Flavor Profile
Flavorah Mango gives the flavor artist one of the most complete mango profiles, ripe and ready with minimal tinkering.
This is brilliant, real-fruit mango: ripe, sweet, juicy, and syrupy, with a darker sweetness and a natural mango funk. A touch of Yakima Hops adds a hoppy, piney note that plays right into that funk.
Mango is highly effective, so small amounts go far; start small and build. It goes well with many fruits, especially tropicals, and suits smoothies, punches, sorbets, and creams. Use it as the ripe center of a tropical composition.
Create Endless and Indelible Memories with Flavorah
All the flavors that we make at Flavorah are designed for mixing complex, layered recipes for products that may be consumed. Even though this Mango flavor will stand alone with memorable and captivating notes, we believe you will enjoy it most when you blend it with other flavors. It is our mission to create concentrates and extracts that become a powerful tool of flavor art in your culinary palette.
Use this Mango flavoring concentrate to develop your own artistic creations. As you blend it together with other complementary flavor layers, it will develop nuances and notes that either soften or strengthen according to your desire.
The layers of a completed flavoring profile can come from another Flavorah concentrate, such as Passion Fruit or Kiwi, or from the medium you choose to mix it with. Try mixing Flavorah in smoothies, sorbet, gummies, or a tropical cocktail.
Flavorah makes flavor art into an expression of individual perception and beauty. Our flavoring is designed to empower you to communicate this balance of potent perfection with the sense of taste and smell. Our Mango flavoring can harness the passing moments of enjoyment that will be experienced by everyone who samples your creation.
Flavorah is a product meant for the artist who wants to be tasted not heard, and smelled but not seen.
We know success when we see the satisfaction on the faces of our customers who create their own recipes. We delight in seeing our customers' recipes making the world a more bountiful experience for everyone to enjoy.

Mood Through Combination
With passion fruit and kiwi, Mango feels celebratory, a house-party punch. With yogurt and cream it turns easy and comforting, like a tropical breakfast, and with peach candy it becomes playful.
Recipe Ideas
Punch It Up!: Tropical Punch, Papaya Punch, Passion Fruit, Mango, and Kiwi at 3:2:2:2:2, a bold tropical punch. Peachy Green: Peach Gummy, Green Apple, Peach, Mango, Sour Apple, and Pear at 4:3:3:2:2:1, a sweet-tart stone fruit and apple blend. Flavor artists also make mango lassi with Greek Yogurt and Cream.
Mixing Notes
Mango is close to complete on its own; add a tart partner such as Passion Fruit or Kiwi for brightness, or a small amount of Yakima Hops for a piney edge.
Building a Recipe
Shape a recipe one layer at a time: start with a small amount, taste, and build in small steps, testing in your own batch. As the lead it sits toward the middle of each range; in a punch with other tropicals, lower. Set the ratios first, then adjust the total.
DIY Flavoring in the Kitchen or Behind the Bar
- Beverages (home brew, cocktails, sodas): 0.03-1.5% of the finished drink; start at 0.1%, about 7 drops per 8 oz glass or about 19 ml in a 5-gallon home brew. A natural center for tropical punches and smoothies.
- Custom syrups: 2% or stronger (1 part flavor to 50 parts syrup); start at 2%, about 1 tsp per cup of syrup. Make it bold, then dose the syrup to taste.
- Baking: 0.2-3% by weight of batter or dough; start at 1%, about 1 tsp per 500 g of cake batter.
- Frostings, fillings, dairy, and frozen: 0.1-2% by weight; start at 0.3%, about 45 drops per 500 g of frosting. Mango lassi, sorbet, and frozen yogurt are natural fits.
- Candy and gummies: 0.2-4% by weight; start at 0.5%, about 1/2 tsp per 500 g batch. Add as the batch cools.
- DIY fishing bait: 0.5-5% or higher by weight of bait; start at 1%, about 1 tsp per pound of dough bait.
- DIY animal attractants: 1-5% or higher by weight; start at 2%, about 1 3/4 tsp per pound of attractant.
