Flavor Profile
Flavorah Mango-Pineapple-Passion is a tropical base that makes everything around it taste sunnier, often without anyone naming why.
Mango and pineapple shine up front, and passion fruit comes through on the back end, creating a beachy citrus experience. The three fruits are woven together into one smooth tropical medley rather than standing apart, with a moderate sweetness.
Use it as a tropical foundation under a featured fruit such as Sweet Mango or Pineapple, or on its own for an easy tropical drink. Start small and build; because it is already a blend, a single bright partner usually completes it.
Create Endless and Indelible Memories with Flavorah
All the flavors that we make at Flavorah are designed for mixing complex, layered recipes for products that may be consumed. Even though this Mango-Pineapple-Passion flavor will stand alone with memorable and captivating notes, we believe you will enjoy it most when you blend it with other flavors. It is our mission to create concentrates and extracts that become a powerful tool of flavor art in your culinary palette.
Use this Mango-Pineapple-Passion flavoring concentrate to develop your own artistic creations. As you blend it together with other complementary flavor layers, it will develop nuances and notes that either soften or strengthen according to your desire.
The layers of a completed flavoring profile can come from another Flavorah concentrate, such as Sweet Mango or Pineapple, or from the medium you choose to mix it with. Try mixing Flavorah in smoothies, sorbet, gummies, or a tropical cocktail.

Mixing Notes
Mango-Pineapple-Passion is a blender more than a soloist; add one defined fruit on top to give a recipe a clear headline.
Building a Recipe
Start with a small amount, taste, and build in small steps, testing in your own batch. As a tropical base it sits low to middle in each range; on its own, toward the middle. Set the ratios first, then adjust the total.
DIY Flavoring in the Kitchen or Behind the Bar
- Beverages (home brew, cocktails, sodas): 0.03-1.5% of the finished drink; start at 0.1%, about 7 drops per 8 oz glass or about 19 ml in a 5-gallon home brew. A ready tropical base for smoothies and coolers.
- Custom syrups: 2% or stronger (1 part flavor to 50 parts syrup); start at 2%, about 1 tsp per cup of syrup. Make it bold, then dose the syrup to taste.
- Baking: 0.2-3% by weight of batter or dough; start at 0.75%, about 3/4 tsp per 500 g of cake batter.
- Frostings, fillings, dairy, and frozen: 0.1-2% by weight; start at 0.3%, about 45 drops per 500 g of frosting.
- Candy and gummies: 0.2-4% by weight; start at 0.5%, about 1/2 tsp per 500 g batch. Add as the batch cools.
- DIY fishing bait: 0.5-5% or higher by weight of bait; start at 1%, about 1 tsp per pound of dough bait.
- DIY animal attractants: 1-5% or higher by weight; start at 2%, about 1 3/4 tsp per pound of attractant.
- Home aroma (candles, diffusers, room sprays): 1-5% by weight of wax or base; start at 2%, about 1 3/4 tsp per 16 oz candle. Pair with Coconut for a beach-day scent.
