Opening notes reveal balanced tea with bright lemon and immediate familiar character. The body develops into refreshing territory with black tea depth and clean lemon brightness. The finish is clean and tea-forward, leaving pleasant lemon tea character.
This is a convenient, medium-intensity pre-blended flavor that captures lemon tea authenticity. The balanced profile makes it ideal for iced tea beverages, tea-inspired candy, and refreshing applications.

Recipe Concepts
Create honey lemon tea by adding Flavorah Honey Bee. For peach tea, blend with Flavorah Peach. Works as complete standalone or enhanced with additional elements.
Mixing Notes
The lemon-tea balance is pre-optimized. Black tea character is authentic. Pairs naturally with honey and fruit. Best in beverage and refreshing applications.
Beverage Applications
For lemon tea drinks and iced tea beverages, add 0.4-0.6% to base for authentic lemon tea character. The balanced profile creates refreshing drinks.
- Iced tea: 0.4-0.6% of base
- Hot tea flavor: 0.4-0.6% in hot water
- Tea cocktails: 3-5 drops per 100ml
- Tea syrup: 0.5-0.75% in simple syrup
Confectionery Applications
For lemon tea candy and tea confections, add 0.5-0.7% to cooled mixture. Creates refreshing tea treats.
- Tea candy: 0.5-0.7% in mixture
- Hard candy: 0.5-0.7% at end of cook
Frozen Applications
For lemon tea ice-pops and frozen tea, add 0.5-0.7% to base. Creates refreshing frozen treats.
Baking Applications
For lemon tea cakes and tea pastries, add 0.4-0.6% by weight with wet ingredients. Creates tea-inspired baked goods.
Usage Notes
Flavorah concentrates are highly potent. Start at less than 0.5% and adjust. The pre-balanced profile is ready to use.

Flavorah® is a food grade flavoring concentrate intended for further processing in products that may be ingested. This product is a raw material and must be further processed for use; not for personal consumption in this form. Flavorah can be used in any application that requires GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) for food ingredients. See MSDS for futher saftey and handling instructions.
WARNING: Exposure may result in irritation of the eyes, skin, nose, throat and respiratory tract. Avoid contact with undiluted flavor concentrate. If contact is made, seek medical attention as follows:
- Eyes: Immediately flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, occasionally opening the upper and lower eyelids.
- Skin: Immediately flush skin with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Remove contaminated clothing.
- Ingestion: Harmful if swallowed. Nausea and vomiting may occur. Call poison control: 1 (800) 222-1222
WARNING: This product may contain compounds that may be hazardous to your health. We do not add Diacetyl or Acetyl Propionyl (a/k/a 2,3-pentanedione) to any of our products, however diacetyl and/or acetyl propionyl may naturally occur in the flavor extraction process in some of our products.
