Flavor Profile
Flavorah Kiwi is a tart, lively fruit that shifts with its partner: strawberry-sweet in a gum, creamy in a smoothie, sharp in a tropical punch.
This is aromatic, tropical ripe kiwi drawn from the soft green and white flesh, with less of the astringent rind. It is tart, seedy, and gently citrusy, with a juicy, crisp feel and a clean finish.
Intensity is moderate, and Kiwi really comes out after mixing and resting, so taste again before adding more. It adds tartness and zing to sweeter fruit. Start small and build; at very low levels it can taste flat, and it gains punch as it rises. Choose the partner, and the kiwi follows.
Create Endless and Indelible Memories with Flavorah
All the flavors that we make at Flavorah are designed for mixing complex, layered recipes for products that may be consumed. Even though this Kiwi flavor will stand alone with memorable and captivating notes, we believe you will enjoy it most when you blend it with other flavors. It is our mission to create concentrates and extracts that become a powerful tool of flavor art in your culinary palette.
Use this Kiwi flavoring concentrate to develop your own artistic creations. As you blend it together with other complementary flavor layers, it will develop nuances and notes that either soften or strengthen according to your desire.
The layers of a completed flavoring profile can come from another Flavorah concentrate, such as Strawberry or Banana, or from the medium you choose to mix it with. Try mixing Flavorah in smoothies, sorbet, gummies, or a tropical cocktail.
Flavorah makes flavor art into an expression of individual perception and beauty. Our flavoring is designed to empower you to communicate this balance of potent perfection with the sense of taste and smell. Our Kiwi flavoring can harness the passing moments of enjoyment that will be experienced by everyone who samples your creation.

Mood Through Combination
With strawberry and bubble gum, Kiwi feels playful and joyful. With banana and cherimoya it turns into an easy tropical breakfast, and with mango and passion fruit it becomes a celebratory house-party punch.
Recipe Ideas
Punch It Up!: Tropical Punch, Papaya Punch, Passion Fruit, Mango, and Kiwi at 3:2:2:2:2, a bold tropical punch. Tropical Fruit Smoothie: Banana, Cherimoya, Kiwi, Alpine Strawberry, and Persimmon at 5:2:2:1:1. Flavor artists also add Kiwi to strawberry bubble gum and candy for a tart lift.
Mixing Notes
Kiwi gains punch as it rests and as the amount rises; taste again the next day. It brings tartness, so let a sweeter fruit or cream round it.
Building a Recipe
Start with a small amount, taste, and build in small steps, testing in your own batch. As the lead fruit it sits toward the middle of each range; as a tart accent in a strawberry or tropical blend, lower. Set the ratios first, then adjust the total.
