Flavor Profile
Flavorah Guanabana began as a special request from a customer in Brazil, and its tropical notes feel almost familiar from the first taste.
It is very authentic and creamy, blending apple, pineapple, banana, and guava notes with a little coconut, and it balances good sweetness with a bright acidity. Guanabana and soursop are the same fruit, but Flavorah offers two takes: think of soursop as a red apple and guanabana as a green apple.
Intensity is moderate. Guanabana can stand alone or join its tropical cousins, cherimoya, jackfruit, and soursop. Start small and build, and let a creamy blend rest so the custard character develops. It is a flavor that carries a story from one kitchen to another.
Create Endless and Indelible Memories with Flavorah
All the flavors that we make at Flavorah are designed for mixing complex, layered recipes for products that may be consumed. Even though this Guanabana flavor will stand alone with memorable and captivating notes, we believe you will enjoy it most when you blend it with other flavors. It is our mission to create concentrates and extracts that become a powerful tool of flavor art in your culinary palette.
Use this Guanabana flavoring concentrate to develop your own artistic creations. As you blend it together with other complementary flavor layers, it will develop nuances and notes that either soften or strengthen according to your desire.
The layers of a completed flavoring profile can come from another Flavorah concentrate, such as Greek Yogurt or Cream, or from the medium you choose to mix it with. Try mixing Flavorah in smoothies, sorbet, gummies, or a tropical cocktail.
Flavorah makes flavor art into an expression of individual perception and beauty. Our flavoring is designed to empower you to communicate this balance of potent perfection with the sense of taste and smell. Our Guanabana flavoring can harness the passing moments of enjoyment that will be experienced by everyone who samples your creation.
Flavorah is a product meant for the artist who wants to be tasted not heard, and smelled but not seen.
We know success when we see the satisfaction on the faces of our customers who create their own recipes. We delight in seeing our customers' recipes making the world a more bountiful experience for everyone to enjoy.

Mood Through Combination
With yogurt and cream, Guanabana feels like discovery, an exotic dessert that still tastes familiar. With pineapple and lemonade it turns refreshing, and with cherimoya and jackfruit it becomes a tropical adventure.
Recipe Ideas
Tropic Twang: Guanabana, Greek Yogurt, Cream, Soursop, Pineapple, Sweetness, and Coconut at about 20:7:5:3:3:3:1, a creamy, tangy tropical blend for smoothies, shakes, and frozen yogurt.
Mixing Notes
Guanabana's acidity keeps creamy blends lively. Let custard and yogurt recipes rest before judging them; the creamy notes deepen over time.
Building a Recipe
Start with a small amount, taste, and build in small steps, testing in your own batch. As the lead tropical flavor it sits toward the middle of each range; as one of several tropical cousins, lower. Settle the ratios first, then the total.
