Flavorah Fresh Watermelon delivers an authentic clean watermelon experience with bright, juicy character and minimal rind or floral notes. The aroma presents bright red watermelon between Jolly Rancher candy and fresh fruit with subtle green rind.
Opening notes reveal juicy sweet watermelon flesh, ripe and bright with clean character. The body develops into layered territory with light candy edge and realistic green rind notes. The finish is refreshing and juicy, leaving pleasant watermelon sweetness.
This is a clean, medium-high intensity melon rated 8.5/10 that captures fresh watermelon authenticity. The natural profile with candy wink makes it ideal for melon beverages, candy, and summer refreshers.

Recipe Concepts
Create mixed melon by combining with Flavorah Honeydew. For candy watermelon, use at higher percentages. Add cactus or cucumber for additional juiciness and wetness.
Mixing Notes
Clean with no rind, seed, or floral issues. Natural green note errs toward candy pink on exhale. Slightly tangy, drier, sweeter than standard Watermelon. Add cactus or cucumber for extra wetness.

Flavorah® is a food grade flavoring concentrate intended for further processing in products that may be ingested. This product is a raw material and must be further processed for use; not for personal consumption in this form. Flavorah can be used in any application that requires GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) for food ingredients. See MSDS for futher saftey and handling instructions.
WARNING: Exposure may result in irritation of the eyes, skin, nose, throat and respiratory tract. Avoid contact with undiluted flavor concentrate. If contact is made, seek medical attention as follows:
- Eyes: Immediately flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, occasionally opening the upper and lower eyelids.
- Skin: Immediately flush skin with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Remove contaminated clothing.
- Ingestion: Harmful if swallowed. Nausea and vomiting may occur. Call poison control: 1 (800) 222-1222
WARNING: This product may contain compounds that may be hazardous to your health. We do not add Diacetyl or Acetyl Propionyl (a/k/a 2,3-pentanedione) to any of our products, however diacetyl and/or acetyl propionyl may naturally occur in the flavor extraction process in some of our products.
The inhalation of flavoring concentrate may expose you to hazardous chemicals, toxins, and nanoparticles, including diacetyl, acetyl propionyl and/or acetoin, which have been associated with permanent lung injury and disease, including bronchiolitis obliterans, a disease characterized by inflammation and scarring of the small airways of the lungs, which leads to severe and disabling shortness of breath. Exposure to the aerosol can trigger, aggravate, and exacerbate various adverse health effects including but not limited to cancer, carcinoma, addiction, birth defects, heart disease, arteriosclerosis, liver and kidney disease, abnormal conditions, disorders, symptoms, and illness of the human body.
Beverage Applications
For watermelon drinks and melon refreshers, add 0.4-0.6% to base for juicy melon character. The clean profile creates refreshing beverages. For watermelon cocktails, add 3-5 drops per 100ml.
- Watermelon drinks: 0.4-0.6% of base
- Slushies: 0.4-0.6% in frozen base
- Cocktails: 3-5 drops per 100ml
- Sparkling water: 2-4 drops per 100ml
Confectionery Applications
For watermelon candy and melon confections, add 0.5-0.7% to cooled mixture. Creates clean watermelon treats.
- Hard candy: 0.5-0.7% at end of cook
- Gummies: 0.5-0.7% in cooled mixture
- Lollipops: 0.5-0.7% in sugar mixture
Frozen Applications
For watermelon sorbet and ice-pops, add 0.5-0.7% to base. Creates refreshing melon frozen treats.
Usage Notes
Flavorah concentrates are highly potent. Start at less than 0.5% and adjust. Avoid over 3% to prevent off-notes. Add cactus or cucumber for extra wetness.
