Flavor Profile
Flavorah Coconut is the quiet richness behind a great tropical recipe, so subtle at low levels that people only notice the dessert tastes fuller.
This is authentic coconut flesh: rich, buttery, and lightly sweet, clean and natural with no sunscreen quality. Close your eyes and it is a little vacation at the beach.
Coconut is a potent flavor, so start lower than you would with most. It is a delightful background for tropical recipes and quietly adds body and creaminess to fruit, cream, and bakery blends; pair it with Sweet Coconut when you want coconut to be the star. Too much turns heavy and oily, so a little goes a long way.
Create Endless and Indelible Memories with Flavorah
All the flavors that we make at Flavorah are designed for mixing complex, layered recipes for products that may be consumed. Even though this Coconut flavor will stand alone with memorable and captivating notes, we believe you will enjoy it most when you blend it with other flavors. It is our mission to create concentrates and extracts that become a powerful tool of flavor art in your culinary palette.
Use this Coconut flavoring concentrate to develop your own artistic creations. As you blend it together with other complementary flavor layers, it will develop nuances and notes that either soften or strengthen according to your desire.
The layers of a completed flavoring profile can come from another Flavorah concentrate, such as Sweet Coconut or Pineapple, or from the medium you choose to mix it with. Try mixing Flavorah in smoothies, sorbet, gummies, or a tropical cocktail.
Flavorah makes flavor art into an expression of individual perception and beauty. Our flavoring is designed to empower you to communicate this balance of potent perfection with the sense of taste and smell. Our Coconut flavoring can harness the passing moments of enjoyment that will be experienced by everyone who samples your creation.
Flavorah is a product meant for the artist who wants to be tasted not heard, and smelled but not seen.
We know success when we see the satisfaction on the faces of our customers who create their own recipes. We delight in seeing our customers' recipes making the world a more bountiful experience for everyone to enjoy.
Layering Partners
Our customers around the globe have discovered that Coconut layers well for memorable and complex creations:

- Flavorah Lime Wedge: 3:2 (Coconut to Lime Wedge) for coconut lime
- Flavorah Pear: 3:4 (Coconut to Pear) with caramel and butterscotch
- Flavorah Banana: 1:3 (Coconut to Banana) in a banana bread pudding
Coconut also pairs beautifully with these; let your palate set the balance:
- Flavorah Cream and Flavorah Vanilla Custard for richer creams and custards

Mood Through Combination
Under pineapple and lime, Coconut feels like an easy beach day. In caramel and pear desserts it turns cozy and indulgent, and with sweet coconut and marshmallow it becomes a playful vacation treat.
Recipe Ideas
Coconut Lime: Coconut, Marshmallow, Sweet Coconut, Lime Wedge, and Lime at about 9:9:6:6:2. Virgin Bahama Tropix: Coconut, Pineapple, Blood Orange, Ginger Peach, and Lime Wedge at about 18:12:9:9:4, a tropical cooler. Pearl Necklace: Pear, Coconut, Marshmallow, Butterscotch, and Caramel at 8:6:4:3:3.
Mixing Notes
At low levels Coconut works as a creaminess and body enhancer in almost any fruit or cream recipe. When you want coconut you can name, add Sweet Coconut instead of raising Coconut.
Building a Recipe
Start small, taste, and build in small steps, testing in your own batch. Coconut is potent, so it usually sits at the low end of each range, even when coconut is the star. Set the ratios first, then adjust the total.
