Recipe Concepts

Create cherry cola by combining with Flavorah Cherry Filling. For tropical sodas, blend with various fruits. Works excellently as fizzy lift in both fruity and dessert mixes where effervescence is desired.

Mixing Notes

The vanilla cola undertone adds depth. Light and bubbly mouthfeel gives sensation of carbonation. Sweet enough to satisfy but not syrupy. Perfect for hot weather refreshers or palate cleansers.

Beverage Applications

For lemon-lime sodas and citrus drinks, add 0.4-0.6% to base for authentic soda character. The effervescent profile creates refreshing beverages. For sparkling citrus drinks, add 0.5-0.6% to carbonated water.

Hard seltzer producers should add 0.3-0.5% post-fermentation for citrus soda profiles.

This product is a raw material and must be further processed for use; not for personal consumption in this form. Flavorah can be used in any application that requires GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) for food ingredients. See MSDS for futher saftey and handling instructions.

WARNING: Exposure may result in irritation of the eyes, skin, nose, throat and respiratory tract. Avoid contact with undiluted flavor concentrate. If contact is made, seek medical attention as follows:

• Eyes: Immediately flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, occasionally opening the upper and lower eyelids.
• Skin: Immediately flush skin with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Remove contaminated clothing.
