Flavor Profile
Flavorah Cherry Blossom delivers a delicate sakura petal experience with light floral cherry, subtle almond, and rose water elegance. The aroma presents perfumey floral with soft red fruit hints like cherry skins floating in a spring breeze.
Opening notes reveal soft floral character with hints of red fruit in a gentle glide rather than a punch. The body develops into light cherry meeting soft white petals with slight tartness and airy finish. The finish is clean, floral, and lightly fruity, lingering like the memory of cherry rather than the fruit itself.
This is a delicate, low-intensity flavor rated 7/10 that captures sakura nuance beautifully. The refined profile makes it ideal as an accent for florals, teas, and Japanese-inspired profiles where subtlety and complexity matter.
Complementary Flavors
Flavorah Cherry Blossom pairs beautifully with tea, almond, and light fruits. Its delicate character adds sophistication to refined blends.
- Flavorah Green Tea: 3:1 for sakura tea
- Flavorah Almond: 4:1 for almond blossom
- Flavorah Lychee: 2:1 for Asian floral fruit
- Flavorah Honey Bee: 4:1 for honey blossom
- Flavorah Elderflower: 1:1 for floral bouquet
Recipe Concepts
Create sakura tea by combining minimally with Flavorah Green Tea. For Japanese-inspired profiles, blend with lychee and Asian fruit elements. Works to soften harsh fruit blends or add sophistication to summer mixes.
Mixing Notes
Too subtle to shine solo but excellent as supporting flavor. Can become perfumey if pushed too high. The almond and rose water notes add nuance. Best as delicate lace on recipes, not the whole dress.
