Recipe Concepts

Create authentic mimosa by combining with Flavorah Brut Bubble Wine. For Italian soda, blend with Flavorah Citrus Soda and carbonation. Works excellently in sangria profiles with wine elements and as bright top note in creams and desserts.

Mixing Notes

Leads the fruit parade rather than following. Bold enough to carry or support recipes. The slight bitterness adds sophistication. Resting mellows bitterness for better balance. Don't push too hard or it bites back.

Beverage Applications

For blood orange Italian sodas and citrus drinks, add 0.25-0.4% to base for bold citrus character. The authentic profile creates premium beverages. For mimosas and cocktails, add 2-4 drops per 100ml.

Hard seltzer producers should add 0.2-0.4% post-fermentation. Sparkling water uses 2-3 drops per 100ml for sophisticated citrus.
