Mixing Notes

The delicate flavor requires higher percentages than typical Flavorah products. Pairs naturally with tropical and citrus profiles. Avoid overwhelming with strong flavors that mask the subtle avocado character.

Beverage Applications

For avocado smoothies, add 0.5-0.8% to blended base for authentic creamy character. The buttery richness enhances smoothie body beautifully. For avocado shakes, add 0.4-0.6% with other ingredients.

Unique cocktail applications use 3-5 drops per 100ml for creamy, tropical-inspired drinks.

Smoothies: 0.5-0.8% of base

Dairy and Frozen

For avocado ice cream, add 0.5-0.8% to base before churning. The natural creaminess creates exceptionally smooth frozen desserts. For yogurt parfaits with tropical flair, fold in 0.3-0.5%.

Ice cream: 0.5-0.8% of base
Frozen yogurt: 0.4-0.6% before churning
ice-pops: 0.4-0.6% in mixture

Confectionery Applications

For unique avocado truffles and creamy confections, add 0.3-0.5% to the mixture. Creates sophisticated, unexpected dessert profiles.

For avocado-based cakes and brownies, add 0.4-0.6% by weight with wet ingredients. The creamy character enhances moisture and richness in baked goods.

Flavorah^® is a food grade flavoring concentrate intended for further processing in products that may be ingested. This product is a raw material and must be further processed for use; not for personal consumption in this form. Flavorah can be used in any application that requires GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) for food ingredients. See MSDS for futher saftey and handling instructions.

WARNING: Exposure may result in irritation of the eyes, skin, nose, throat and respiratory tract. Avoid contact with undiluted flavor concentrate. If contact is made, seek medical attention as follows:

Eyes: Immediately flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, occasionally opening the upper and lower eyelids.
Skin: Immediately flush skin with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Remove contaminated clothing.

WARNING: This product may contain compounds that may be hazardous to your health. We do not add Diacetyl or Acetyl Propionyl (a/k/a 2,3-pentanedione) to any of our products, however diacetyl and/or acetyl propionyl may naturally occur in the flavor extraction process in some of our products.
