Flavor Profile
Flavorah Apple Cranberry delivers a perfectly balanced blend of crisp apple sweetness and tart cranberry brightness. The aroma presents fresh orchard fruit with vibrant ruby berry notes and autumn complexity.
Opening notes reveal juicy apple character immediately complemented by sharp cranberry tartness. The body develops into harmonious fruit depth where neither element dominates. The finish is clean, refreshing, and perfectly balanced between sweet and tart.
This is a moderately intense, well-crafted blend that captures the essence of autumn fruit combinations. The natural balance makes it ideal for holiday beverages and seasonal applications where both fruits should shine.

Recipe Concepts

Mixing Notes
The balanced profile requires minimal adjustment. Additional cranberry or apple accents can shift emphasis as desired. Pairs naturally with autumn and winter holiday themes.
Beverage Applications
For juice blends and punches, add 0.3-0.5% to base. The balanced sweet-tart profile creates refreshing beverages. For cocktails, add 3-5 drops per 100ml for festive fruit character.
Sparkling water uses 2-3 drops per 100ml for subtle fruit refreshment. Hard cider producers should add 0.2-0.4% post-fermentation for cranberry-forward varieties.
