Flavor Profile
Flavorah Alpine Strawberry is the quiet strawberry behind a great blend: a few drops of tiny wild berries that make the whole recipe taste more like fruit without ever shouting.
Heavenly balanced and smooth, it is red and sweet like the small wild strawberries picked high in the mountains. The aroma is sweet berry with a wildflower lift; opening notes are clean and ripe with a fresh, seedy tartness, the body is smooth and softly syrupy, and the finish lingers sweet without turning sticky or candied.
Alpine Strawberry is extremely concentrated, so start lower than you would with most fruits. It stands alone at low levels, but it truly belongs underneath other berries, creams, and sparkling drinks, filling in the ripe middle of a strawberry profile. Pushed too far it takes on a soapy edge and crowds out every other layer; a little goes a long way.
Create Endless and Indelible Memories with Flavorah
All the flavors that we make at Flavorah are designed for mixing complex, layered recipes for products that may be consumed. Even though this Alpine Strawberry flavor will stand alone with memorable and captivating notes, we believe you will enjoy it most when you blend it with other flavors. It is our mission to create concentrates and extracts that become a powerful tool of flavor art in your culinary palette.
Use this Alpine Strawberry flavoring concentrate to develop your own artistic creations. As you blend it together with other complementary flavor layers, it will develop nuances and notes that either soften or strengthen according to your desire.
The layers of a completed flavoring profile can come from another Flavorah concentrate, such as Boysenberry or Blueberry, or from the medium you choose to mix it with. Try mixing Flavorah in baked goods, sweet frosting, syrups, a sugar-free smoothie, or a cocktail beverage.
Flavorah makes flavor art into an expression of individual perception and beauty. Our flavoring is designed to empower you to communicate this balance of potent perfection with the sense of taste and smell. Our Alpine Strawberry flavoring can harness the passing moments of enjoyment that will be experienced by everyone who samples your creation.
Flavorah is a product meant for the artist who wants to be tasted not heard, and smelled but not seen.
We know success when we see the satisfaction on the faces of our customers who create their own recipes. We delight in seeing our customers' recipes making the world a more bountiful experience for everyone to enjoy.
Layering Partners
Our customers around the globe have discovered that Alpine Strawberry layers well for memorable and complex creations:
- Flavorah Boysenberry: 1:4 (Alpine Strawberry to Boysenberry), a ripe top note over a dark berry base
- Flavorah Blueberry: 1:3 (Alpine Strawberry to Blueberry) in a berries-and-cream blend
- Flavorah Banana: 1:2 (Alpine Strawberry to Banana) in a candy-sweet fruit medley
- Flavorah Acai: 1:2 (Alpine Strawberry to Acai) to brighten a deep purple berry
- Flavorah Strawberry Lime: 1:5 (Alpine Strawberry to Strawberry Lime) for a fresher strawberry over lime
Alpine Strawberry also pairs beautifully with these; let your palate set the balance:

- Flavorah Greek Yogurt for a strawberry yogurt, frozen yogurt, or smoothie
- Flavorah Brut Bubble Wine and Flavorah Elderflower for a strawberry spritz or a sparkling brunch cocktail
- Flavorah Lime for a sharper, tarter strawberry in sodas and gummies
Mood Through Combination
Over sparkling wine flavors and elderflower, Alpine Strawberry opens toward romance and brunch-table celebration. With cream and custard it turns nostalgic, like a strawberry sundae, and with banana and candy notes it becomes playful and picnic-bright.

Mixing Notes
Let Alpine Strawberry be the smallest number in the recipe. It gains presence as a mix rests, so taste again the next day before adding more. It fades in heavy, buttery bakes; it shines in creams, yogurts, and light drinks.
Building a Recipe
Treat Alpine Strawberry as a finishing touch: add a little, taste, and build in small steps, testing in your own batch before scaling up. Because it is potent, it usually sits at the low end of each range even when strawberry is the star. Set the ratio between Alpine Strawberry and its partners first, then adjust the total.
