Flavor Profile
Flavorah Sweet Mango is a featured star that also plays well in an ensemble, ready for the sophisticated layering of several mangos.
It tastes like sweet mango puree: well balanced, bright, and full, not over-the-top candy, and it keeps an accurate level of natural mango funk. Its brightness cuts through cream and bakery bases.
Intensity is moderate. Sweet Mango is great as the lead in a mango recipe, and it layers beautifully with Ripe Mango for depth and Mangotang for zest. Start small and build, and think of each mango as a different color on the same palette.
Create Endless and Indelible Memories with Flavorah
All the flavors that we make at Flavorah are designed for mixing complex, layered recipes for products that may be consumed. Even though this Sweet Mango flavor will stand alone with memorable and captivating notes, we believe you will enjoy it most when you blend it with other flavors. It is our mission to create concentrates and extracts that become a powerful tool of flavor art in your culinary palette.
Use this Sweet Mango flavoring concentrate to develop your own artistic creations. As you blend it together with other complementary flavor layers, it will develop nuances and notes that either soften or strengthen according to your desire.
The layers of a completed flavoring profile can come from another Flavorah concentrate, such as Mango-Pineapple-Passion or Pineapple, or from the medium you choose to mix it with. Try mixing Flavorah in smoothies, sorbet, gummies, or a tropical cocktail.
Flavorah makes flavor art into an expression of individual perception and beauty. Our flavoring is designed to empower you to communicate this balance of potent perfection with the sense of taste and smell. Our Sweet Mango flavoring can harness the passing moments of enjoyment that will be experienced by everyone who samples your creation.

Mood Through Combination
With pineapple, Sweet Mango feels like an easy poolside afternoon. Layered with Ripe Mango and Mangotang it turns celebratory, and with cream it becomes a joyful dessert.
Recipe Ideas
Pineapple Spear: Mango-Pineapple-Passion, Sweet Mango, and Pineapple at 3:3:1, a bright tropical pineapple and mango. Three-Mango Nectar: Ripe Mango, Sweet Mango, and Mangotang at 3:2:1, a full-spectrum mango with nectar depth, bright sweetness, and a zesty, piney edge for smoothies, sorbets, and cocktails.
Mixing Notes
Sweet Mango is the bright layer; add Ripe Mango for nectar depth or Mangotang for zest. Its brightness carries through creams and bakes.
Building a Recipe
Start with a small amount, taste, and build in small steps, testing in your own batch. As the featured mango it sits toward the middle of each range; in a layered mango blend, lower. Set the ratios first, then adjust the total.
